Shipping policy
1. General Overview
Most Valley Graphics Company orders are custom-made to order. Shipping times begin after production is complete and payment has been received. Each product type may have a different lead time depending on materials, workload, and seasonality.
2. Order Processing & Production Time
Production begins only after payment (minimum 50% deposit) and proof approval for new designs. Typical turnaround for most custom items is 7–10 business days after approval. Larger, complex, or high-volume orders may require additional time. Rush options may be available upon request.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.
3. Local Pickup
Local customers may select “Pickup” at checkout. You’ll receive an email or text once your order is ready.

Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.
4. Shipping Methods
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping carriers include UPS, USPS, and FedEx, depending on the order type and destination.
Standard Shipping – 3–7 business days after production
Express Shipping – 1–3 business days after production
Tracking information will be sent automatically once your package ships.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated after production based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates. You’ll see a final shipping total before payment when applicable. Oversized or heavy items such as signage, vehicle graphics, or display hardware may require additional freight charges.
6. Delivery Time Estimates
Delivery timelines depend on your location and carrier performance. Delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Valley Graphics Company, but we’ll assist where possible to track or resolve them.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Please include your order number and clear photos of any damage. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or claim.
8. International Shipping
At this time, most items ship only within the United States. Certain promotional or apparel items may be eligible for international shipping upon request. Additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
9. Oversized / Freight Deliveries
Large signage, displays, or bulk orders may require palletized or freight delivery. We’ll coordinate with you before shipment to confirm delivery arrangements and any liftgate or business access requirements.
10. Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple product types (for example, apparel and signage) may ship separately. You’ll receive tracking updates for each shipment.
11. Incorrect Address or Delivery Refusal
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Valley Graphics Company is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping costs will apply for reshipments.
