File Setup Requirements

General Artwork
  • - Preferred File Types: Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF) or high-resolution raster files (.PNG, .JPG, .PSD, .TIFF).
  • - Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size for raster artwork.
  • - Color Mode: Files should be in RGB for apparel and digital printing. CMYK is acceptable for signage and print materials.
  • - Fonts: All fonts should be outlined or converted to curves to avoid substitution.
  • - Bleeds: Include at least 1/8" bleed on full-bleed designs (flyers, business cards, signs, etc.).
  • - Transparency & Backgrounds: Avoid semi-transparent areas unless specifically designed for that effect. Use solid backgrounds for consistent results.
DTF Transfer Files
  • - Accepted Formats: .PNG (recommended), .PSD, .PDF.
  • - Resolution: 300 DPI minimum.
  • - Transparency: No transparency layers. DTF transfers must have a solid, opaque background - preferably black or a solid contrasting color if outlining is needed.
  • - Sizing: Provide artwork at actual size or specify desired dimensions in your submission.
  • - Color Matching: Colors may vary slightly from screen to print. Spot color matching is not guaranteed unless specified and approved in advance.
Vinyl, Signage, and Wrap Artwork
  • - Provide vector files whenever possible for crisp cuts and scaling.
  • - All text and logos must be outlined.
  • - Include a mockup or placement reference for vehicles, windows, or storefronts.
  • - Raster images must be 300 DPI minimum at scale.
Artwork Cleanup & Setup Fees
  • - We can work with any artwork, even screenshots or photos.
  • - If your file isn’t print-ready, setup or cleanup fees may apply for low-resolution or poorly formatted designs.
  • - We’ll review your file first and let you know the best way to get it print-ready.
