Refund policy

At Valley Graphics Company, every order is custom-made and produced with care. Because of the personalized nature of our work, most items are non-returnable once production begins. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and will always work with you if something isn’t right.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All printed, embroidered, or otherwise customized products (including apparel, signage, vehicle graphics, and promotional items) are final sale. Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof.

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at info@ValleyGraphicsCompany.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem. We’ll review it promptly and determine the best resolution - which may include a replacement, reprint, or partial refund at our discretion.

 

Non-Custom Items

Blank or non-personalized items may be eligible for return within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

 

Damages or Wrong Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, notify us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Exchanges

Because most of our products are made to order, direct exchanges aren’t available. If eligible, we’ll remake or replace the affected item once the return or issue has been verified.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
